Where can I find iOS 16.2 device support files?
I usually get them from https://github.com/filsv/iOSDeviceSupport but it is not available there yet. Do they usually get them directly from XCode that has successfully downloaded those? Mine is an older XCode that I can't upgrade because of an older Mac. Thank you!

Xcode was stuck like this for about 30 min - I had to delete it from Finder - Still shows up here - I can't redownload from Appstore - I rebooted twice - HELP!
