Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I want to help the network, but need assistance
I'm running a tor bridge on my home proxmox box, and I'm interested in running an i2p node as well but I have no experience with this. From what I was able to gather the easiest way is to install the i2pd .deb (https://github.com/PurpleI2P/i2pd/releases).

[task] link me up with i2pd (c++) developers for a small fee
need someone to find me c++ developers who are very familiar with the i2pd codebase and link me up with them for the price of $25 USD (I can do payments in crypto or cashapp).

ansible role for i2pd
I created an ansible role for i2pd. Basically, this allows system administrators who want to take part in the I2P network to automate i2pd deployment.

Cloudflare Disables Access to āPiratedā Content on Its IPFS Gateway
> We are building network which helps people to communicate and share information without restrictions.
> Free from censorship. Free from privacy violations.
https://i2pd.website/
I2P is neither āforā nor ānot forā piracy. I2P is for protecting communications and data from any kind of censorship.
Filtering copyright violating content is a type of censorship. To some it is justified. To others it is not.
To a network protocol like I2P the point is that no kind of censorship should be possible. Regardless of reason.

Flipper Zero: Multi-Tool Device for Geeks
>> or somewhat expensive and complex SDR
I donāt think thatās as accurate today as it used to be.
On the hardware side there are tons of options very cheaply available - iirc the flipper uses the c1100 (or a number like that) itās a popular cheap chip and itās well documented and interfaces easily with arduino.
More accessibly, lime mini SDRs are cheap but thereās quite a few alternatives too.
On the software side GNU Radio is free with decent tutorials - weāre not talking anything like blender levels of difficulty to adopt even if it is a complex domain.
Although on the more accessible side, urh is incredibly powerful given how easy to use it is https://github.com/jopohl/urh
I used the latter to tap into a 2 channel wireless bbq thermometer via a $10 rtl sdr and that was a breeze, an absolute walk in the park compared to when I reverse engineered the flysky telemetry system.

Any methods of making .wav recordings from an RTL-SDR in SDR# usable on the Flipper?
URH can read flipperzero sub files and can export from wav to sub... https://github.com/jopohl/urh

Repeating weirdness on 1897MHz, strong signal with weird side swirls. Australia, so this range is for DECT, but it's not, is it? Captured on 60m of speaker wire, maybe that's why it's so odd?
Throw the recording at UniversalRadioHacker and see what it does with it!

CubicSDR with RTL2832U cannot set 434.650MHz sample rate
I dont have much knowledge on decoding a signal from scratch but try URH - universal radio hacker here. It might be able to do what you need.

I can stream anything on a radio frequency
It's useful for transmitting digital RF signals to control household stuff, eg. ceiling fans or whatever. You'd want to also look into rtl-sdr and Universal Radio Hacker.

Linux: software: auto detect digital modulation type.
Tried tool https://github.com/jopohl/urh and it does not get too much information. I am expecting to find something similar to wireshark - it can detect protocols in traffic and highligh different kind of fields in packet headers.
What are some alternatives?
