You can download a debug build of PCSX2 that acts as a devkit, giving you actual debug mode with a huge debug menu https://github.com/xTVaser/pcsx2-rr/releases/

Need suggestions/help for TASing Metal Gear Solid 2 VR Missions.
There’s nothing on that list validated for tasvideos (except maybe hourglass on pc). But, if you still want to tas it without uploading there, you may be able to try pcsx2-rr. It does have problems like desync, but you can try it. If not there’s stuff like libTAS on Linux, but I’m not sure if it is windows only.
