I created a simple mod to play Hollow Knight with your voice
If you're just interested in trying it out for yourself, you can downloaded the voice command mod here following the releases page. It's a simple executable that creates it's own configuration file, and is, in my humble opinion, very easy to get setup with. It was a ton of fun as a stream idea from a couple of weeks back, too!

is there addon that recognize speech (from video) into text?
I couldn't find any add-ons that did what you needed. I'm sorry. Maybe you could try using PaddleSpeech to see if it works for you, but it is not a Firefox add-on, it's a CLI tool.
