the live usb works, but when I boot kubuntu it doesn't boot
So you need to install Nvidia drivers by yourself and delete novenau to be sure that system will use proprietary. There is bunch of tutorials on internet how to do it like this Literally one command to install drivers: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa && sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 && sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y nvidia-driver-515 libvulkan1 libvulkan1:i386

Can you play Windows games on Manjaro?
Just make sure you go to https://github.com/lutris/docs and follow the "InstallingDrivers.md" and "WineDependencies.md" instructions for Manjaro, and then look at the other .md documents and see if any apply to you and if they do, follow those instructions too (for example, if you play any Battle.Net games like Overwatch, follow the Battle.Net.md instructions).

Has anyone gotten Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk 2077, God of War, etc. to work on Steam Deck?
I didn't find a comprehensive guide on Lutris on the Steam Deck so I ended up reading what I could find on how to use Lutris in general, especially what's on their wiki to get a better understanding of everything gaming-on-linux related: https://github.com/lutris/docs
