i followed this guide https://github.com/0xf4b1/hearthstone-linux, and it worked perfectly for some months, but now whenever i start hearthstone it wont let me log in and im met with this message:
If you want a deck tracker that works native on Linux, try Arena Tracker
Basically I struggled long time too, but then I found this repo how install HDT on Linux. In the issues page someone recommended to use older wine version (7.11 or 7.13) so I did in the Bottles.
Also some runners don't allow to install because they requiring installing with admin privileges and seems like runas trustlevel command is not working for this runners. If you have such problem instead of installing HDT you may try to download already installed HDT from their repo.
