Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

ElonChain is a L2 Blockchain for Elon tweet tokens and memetokens - Low cap gem - testnet live -Wallet incoming this week
We are currently integrating the ETHERMINT module with our Elonchian platform. This module will enable Solidity compilation and EVM functionality. Ethermint is a scalable and interoperable Ethereum library built on Proof-of-Stake with fast finality, which can be found at https://github.com/evmos/ethermint. Once we complete the integration, we plan to use the open-source block explorer called "blockscout" to display the inner workings of the EVM-enabled Elonchain

[PRE-VOTE][LAST VERSION] Ethermint Funding Proposal For Past Development, Addressed from The Evmos Community to The Kava Community
Ethermint will enter the most technically interesting phase: custom precompiles and EVM-Inter-Chain. Working prototypes already exist and were presented and the groundwork for Ethermint was set with this PR.

Ethermint Funding Proposal For Past Development, Addressed from The Evmos Community to The Kava Community
What will Kava stand to gain? Ethermint will enter the most technically interesting phase: custom precompiles and EVM-Inter-Chain. Working prototypes already exist and were presented https://youtu.be/x75UobIr4qo?t=14670 and the ground work for Ethermint was set with https://github.com/evmos/ethermint/pull/1272 . Lorecirstea: "I have personally developed the Go groundwork for inter-chain cooperation and deployed three public technical blockchains with EVM-Cosmos (Mythos, Ethos, and Logos), for demoing the inter-chain tech and I will re-base my work on the Ethermint extensibility of EVM precompiles." Some precompiles that I created that are pertinent to this: abstract accounts (implementing account abstraction for EVM https://hackmd.io/@matt/r1neQ_B38 ) quasar: ability to run Cosmos transactions from EVM IBC precompile for EVM nBridge: n-way (n>=2) generalized bridge by transaction replay (Demos at: https://www.youtube.com/c/LoredanaCirstea/videos ) Next generation protocols are inter-chain. If Kava rewards past Ethermint development efforts, and demonstrates will to collaborate, it has a chance to be invited to benefit from the EVM-Inter-Chain innovations. This is no longer Ethermint, it is next-generation Ethermint (with extensions) and licensing may be subjected to change if context requires it. We hope the Kava Community will not choose the short-term frugality over long-term greater benefits. Especially that this is an ethical opportunity that benefits Kava as image, Evmos, and the whole Cosmos.

Cronos, Crypto.org EVM chain, Testnet is now live
Cronos is powered by Ethermint, which allows rapid porting of apps & smart contracts from Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains. Cronos base settlement currency will be CRO, the native currency of the Crypto.org Chain.
What are some alternatives?
burrow - https://wiki.hyperledger.org/display/burrow
cronos - Cronos is the first Ethereum-compatible blockchain network built on Cosmos SDK technology. Cronos aims to massively scale the DeFi, GameFi, and overall Web3 user community by providing builders with the ability to instantly port apps and crypto assets from other chains while benefiting from low transaction fees, high throughput, and fast finality.
hashgraph-tools - An informal collection of example transactions coded against the Hedera JS SDK.
go-ibax - An innovative Blockchain Protocol Platform, which everyone can deploy their own applications quickly and easily, such as Dapp, DeFi, DAO, Cross-Blockchain transactions, etc.
evmos - Evmos is the first decentralized EVM chain on the Cosmos Network. It's implementing the first EVM stack focused on native, cross-chain applications. Evmos is the flagship implementation of Ethermint, an EVM library built for the Cosmos Network by the Evmos Core Developement Team.
keplr-wallet - The most powerful wallet for the Cosmos ecosystem and the Interchain
ethereum-development-with-go-book - 📖 A little guide book on Ethereum Development with Go (golang)
etherscan-api - :guitar: Golang client for Ethereum Etherscan API (and its families like BscScan) / Golang 以太坊 Etherscan API库(也支持同一家族的BscScan)
Proofable - General purpose proving framework for certifying digital assets to public blockchains
chain-proposals
tendermint - ⟁ Tendermint Core (BFT Consensus) in Go
ethermint - Ethermint is a scalable and interoperable Ethereum library, built on Proof-of-Stake with fast-finality using the Cosmos SDK.
