Ever considered Open Core?
It works quite well, even for AMD CPUs.
I happen to have the same CPU as you and been running my Hackintosh setup smoothly for 1.5 years.

The only caveat is intel-only cpu instructions that might cause certain apps to not work. The adobe suite is one example.

Watercooling AMD 6000 series in an S1

Weird issue with RX560 (Polaris) on Catalina
I started with armanijohnny's MacProMiniHackintosh project, and customized the config.plist with a few small changes to get it booting properly on my system.
What are some alternatives?
