Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Nice to see hackerweb on the list :)
A little self-promo here, I just released a new V2 of HackerWeb for iOS https://apps.apple.com/app/id1084209377 - it's still built with React Native, open-sourced https://github.com/cheeaun/hackerweb-native-2 with a really nice UI that I've designed, especially for comment threads.
It'll be free until end of the year. Cheers.

Just published our second RN App to the App Store. React Native only gets better with practice.
As far as customization goes, I am pretty positive it shouldn't be that hard. Take a look at u/cheeaun's awesome HackerWeb v2 codebase. He made a custom header work flawlessly on his StoryScreen.

Dracula Theme for Hacker News
I've recently migrated my HN dark theme to uBlock filters [1], as I try to lower the amount of browser extensions that I use.

uBlock Origin supports blocking search results, so I don't require an additional browser extension. I maintain a blocklist for myself, targetting Google and DuckDuckGo [1]. Feel free to contribute more websites or use this list as a template for your own repository.

Awesome Userscripts
I agree - I've been using (and writing) userscripts for an eternity. Most of them are public [1], but I don't know if others find them as useful. I like to enhance the design of websites I often use (like using a dark theme for HN), but those are rather subjective changes.
