Avoidance rarely works i think. I'd say replacing negative habits with positive ones is a better long term strategy.

Can recommend the App Habitica for this, free and open source. There are Android and iOS clients for it. Makes habits dailies and todos more fun.

For everyone who does not know Habitica: it's a gamified task list where you can get coins for tasks and buy virtual pets (or your own custom rewards) for them. It's available on pretty much every platform. Guilds are groups for like-minded people, a little like subreddits. They're useful for holding each other accountable or just chatting about features and stuff. If you're new to Habitica and want to join, feel free as well!

Something like Ring Fit Adventure is probably out since you don't have much money to throw around, but you could try a "life RPG" type app like Habatica, rewarding yourself for keeping up on the habits you want to encourage. And it's free! Not sure if maybe there are general workout apps that make it feel like a game.

hmm get an instant pot, cook alot, and jump rope. It burns alot of calories per minute, and use habitica.com. It's an app that makes your life into an rpg. you can even join a guild with guys who want to get fit!

BeautifulSoup4 Scrapy

While there is no specific library for SERP, there are some web scraping libraries that can do the Google Search Page Ranking. One of them which is quite famous is Scrapy - It is a fast high-level web crawling and web scraping framework, used to crawl websites and extract structured data from their pages. It offers rich developer community support and has been used by more than 50+ projects.

If you're looking for a turn-key solution, I'd have to dig a little. I generally write a scraper in python that dumps into a database or flat file (depending on number of records I'm hunting).

Scraping is a separate subject, but once you write one you can generally reuse relevant portions for many others. If you can get adept at a scraping framework like Scrapy you can do it fairly quickly, but there aren't many tools that work out of the box for every site you'll encounter.

Once you've written the spider, it's generally able to be rerun for updates unless the site code is dramatically altered. It really comes down to how brittle the spider is coded (i.e. hunting for specific heading sizes or fonts or something) instead of grabbing the underlying JSON/XHR that doesn't usually change frequently.
