quickdiv: yet another library for faster integer division
There are already some pretty cool crates that provide this functionality (e.g. strength_reduce and fastdivide), but unfortunately I needed a crate that can cover all primitive integer types, and can be instantiated in a const context.

Just out of curiosity, would something like fastdivide be useful here?
