Why is there no Osmocom block in recent GNU Radio version?
Seems that gr-osmosdr is no more maintened, however you can find forks for gnuradio 3.8. it's a little bit tricky to install but works. What device do you want to use via GNUradio? gr-soapy might also be useful.
