The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

transmit data between arm hard core and fpga
Or you can implement an APB/AHB-lite interface for your peripheral,I made a basic AHB-lite peripheral a while back where I send a byte of data to an 8-bit register on the FPGA, half of the pins of that register are used to light up LEDs. The code is all over the place as I haven't bothered to clean it up unfortunately, if you're looking into this approach and don't understand something I did don't hesitate to ask! You'll also need to study the AHB-lite/APB signaling system a bit which you can do through many ARM resources online (there was this book they give out for free I'll see if I can find the link).
What are some alternatives?
