Post with lots of piracy solutions (removing paywalls, ad-blockers, etc...). Just thought this looks interesting and wanted to link it here.
The only good alternative to duckduckgo is probably google. Nothing else is usable for me. I use google with this addon https://github.com/Ibit-to/google-unlocked with firefox browser.
