Why not custom Context type ?
I was using a custom context type before introduction of Context in the stdlib. I was inspired by https://github.com/gocraft/web . Of course i call it ctx Context... And pass it to each handlers and so on. It works, i've no issue with this since years.

Implemented a bench marker to compare Go's HTTP Router
The julienschmidt/go-http-routing-benchmark is the julienschmidt/httprouter, but maintenance seemed to have stopped in recent years, so I decided to create my own benchmarker and implement it. I decided to implement bench markers.

The NanoMux HTTP router benchmark results
Hi friends. I've opened pull requests for the-benchmarker/web-frameworks and Go HTTP Router Benchmark. Hopefully, they will be merged soon. Here are the benchmark results that I got on my laptop from Julien Schmidt's Go HTTP Router Benchmark. For comparison, I also added Chi, GorillaMux, and HttpRouter.
