Can I show product prices and taxes only by having the country/state
AFAIK, if you wish to display the net price (outside of Stripe Checkout with Stripe Tax enabled), you will have to first collect and store all relevant tax rates (we grab them from https://github.com/countries/countries), and apply them manually, based on IP or billing address.
