Flashplayer Alternative that supports ActionScript 3? I need help!
The best current flash player to use is CleanFlash since it's based on the flash player used in China which is still receiving security updates.
-
Is there a way to allow Flash Player 32 to connect to the internet?
You can use something like Flashpatch to patch the stupid timebomb out of Adobe Flash or you can download a pre-patched version known as CleanFlash which is based on the China exclusive Flash player 34 (which is still supported today) but with the region lock, adware, and timebombs patched out.

Downloaded a swf file (flash) from Internet Archive. How to watch it on Win10?
An alternative to the many emulators is Clean Flash Player, which is still fully featured. I personally don't think the issues flash has are worse than the issues getting modern flash content to play in an emulator

Flash Player was discontinued 1 year ago. Are you looking for its lack in 1 year?
It's mainly just repackaged official Adobe releases from mainland china where it wasn't discontinued (Adobe did try but ended up going back on the decision because a lot of Chinese digital infrastructure depends on Flash support), CleanFlash is just a version of that patched to remove the timebomb and GeoLocking so it can be used outside of China with a custom Gui installer to make things especially easy.
-
Why do you think Adobe killed Flash?
Certain projects take advantage of that like Flashpatch which patches out Adobe Flash the DRM in Adobe flash as well as the time bomb and CleanFlash Installer which allows you to install a modified version of Adobe flash from flash.cn without the Geolock and Adware requirement. However if you would like to use any of these projects you will need a legacy browser that supports them like Basilisk, Palemoon, and SeaMonkey Since most modern browsers don't support NPAPI plugins anymore.

I have my old desktop, a HP Compaq DC7900 Ultra Slim, and I'm looking to use it again for other purposes. Linux has big problems on it, really unstable, Windows 7 is a little sluggish on this thing, and I'm looking to have XP pro on that thing, although, idk what can I run on XP these days...
Have you tried the Serpent (Basilisk 52) browser with CleanFlash installed?
- Hi! I would like to be able to access some old Encarta Kids 2007 games that require Flash Player for Internet Explorer. I tried installing 32.0.0.371 winax, win and winpep, but to no avil. Can anyone please suggest a solution? Thanks!

Does anyone have a copy of clean flash?
It may be down on Github, but not on Gitlab.

Orisinal: Morning Sunshine (recovered old flash games)
The memories…
I often wondered what would happen to those wonderful Orisinal mini games after Flash's death, without actually checking out the site. Would Ferry Halim find the time to port them to "HTML5"? Would they just… disappear forever?
It turns out that they know run in Ruffle[1], a Rust/WASM based Flash Player emulator I've never heard of (or forgotten about). The handful of them that I have tested work flawlessly.

WebAssembly Playground
shrug It finds its uses. It's just not that overstated.
sandspiel is quite popular and is built using WASM: https://sandspiel.club/

Ruffle (the "make Flash run safely" tool) - https://ruffle.rs/
Ableton's Learning Synths - https://learningsynths.ableton.com/
etc etc. It's just hard to tell when something is using WASM when it "just works" and is indistinguishable from optimized JavaScript

Amon Tobin – Foley Room site (2007)
I was amazed that the site still runs, apparently still using the same engine.
But it seems that it was a flash site (of course), and archive.org seems to replace Flash Player with "Ruffle" [1]. Either that, or someone of Tobin's team replaced Flash with Ruffle >= 2019.

New York Times Flash-based visualizations work again
Out of curiosity a couple months ago I wondered if I could play my old Proximity flash game on Newgrounds from the browser within the Quest 3 VR headset, and it worked great!
That led me to do a little searching, and I discovered that originally the game didn't work in Ruffle, as I apparently did something with the play game button that wasn't normal. But someone put a fix in it back in 2020[1] in order to get my game working again. That was pretty neat. Felt kind of nice that people still cared enough about my old game to make sure it still works in an emulator.
Still working on a more in-depth sequel (using Monogame), and I'm way overdue to make a new web version of the original. Might knock that out once I get closer to getting the sequel out there.
