Why does my unity dont have version control
There is a GitHub plugin for unity (and it works with local-only repos as well). Personally I prefer working with GitHub Desktop (a desktop app separate from Unity which also works with local-only repos) or just the git command line.

I added some assets from the asset store, and somehow it or I deleted my entire Hierarchy. Is there any hope to get everything back?
I haven't used this: https://unity.github.com/ but it looks officially supported by github and might be easier for someone new to git concepts than command line. Either way find a guide about version control and help your future self avoid this pain happening again.

Any tips on how to do version control in unity?
Git works well and you have an integration for Unity: https://unity.github.com Then, you create a GitHub account if you don't have one yet and that way, you'll have a local version and your remote version on GitHub.

Unity Hub isn't opening my project
You don’t keep your game in git or some other repo ? I never trust code that doesn’t have an offsite backup https://unity.github.com/.
- push unity project to github

How to use GitHub with Unity? unity.github.com, the unity editor github integration plugin doesn't work anymore, can't sign in.
So, just create the repository inside the unity project folder and that's it? no special gitignore files or something? Because I think that's what unity.github.com was doing, and I don't know how to do it myself.

Asynchronous Programming in C#
My understanding is that the .NET team is working toward this with Interceptors: https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/blob/main/docs/features/int...

Generating C# code programmatically
Recently, while creating some experimental C# source code generators (xafero/csharp-generators), I was just concatenating strings together. Like you do, you know, if things have to go very quickly. If you have a simple use case, use a formatted multi-line string or some template library like scriban. But I searched for a way to generate more and more complicated logic easily - like for example, adding raw SQL handler methods to my pre-generated DBSet-like classes for my ADO.NET experiment. You could now say: Use Roslyn and that's really fine if you look everything up in a website like SharpLab, which shows immediately the syntax tree of our C# code.

Use Case Driven Development with Low-Code
At runtime, the Case C# expressions are embedded into a function and dynamically compiled into an assembly using the Roslyn C# compiler. Then the function that contains the expression is called (e.g. CaseAvailableFunction.Availablle()). At runtime, the function provides various methods to access stored case values as well as the current input data.
