The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

How many times have you seen someone think they can make the next great thing, just to see them burn out from a game scope entirely out of their range?
If you're going to go "wah wah github" at least name some good Github libraries like Directional that do some seriously cool and useful shit. You don't seriously think I've spent 20 years of my life rewriting invasive smart pointers or event signalers over and over? Yeah ... I'm totally never writing a multi-language aware string formatter ever again, I did that off hours on my own time so I could drag it everywhere I go (fuck you ptech). Fuck no, reuse reuse reuse.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing geometrize and Directional you can also consider the following projects:
geogram - a programming library with geometric algorithms
pyprt - Python bindings for the "Procedural Runtime" (PRT) of CityEngine by Esri.
Easy3D - A lightweight, easy-to-use, and efficient C++ library for processing and rendering 3D data
CGal - The public CGAL repository, see the README below
