Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

the rotation order is not a huge deal, it's hard to go wrong. i can say that, according to a mono hydro team that was submitted into the gcsim database of rotations on their discord, it can go kokomi E > xingqiu Q N1 E > Yelan N1 Q N1 E > Kazuha N1 tap E N1 Q > Kokomi N1 Q > Kokomi N2 walk * 10 > Kazuha tap E > repeat.
