Best way to DCA bitcoin daily/weekly with small amounts ($5 daily $35weekly) and minimum fees? In terms of CEX’s I only have access to Coinbase and Gemini :/

I made a "Buy Bitcoin Button" using the old and now defunct Amazon Dash Buttons. It's literally a button, that when pressed, buys Bitcoin.
You'll want to clone this GDAX Bot GitHub repo if you have a Coinbase account. If not, you'll need to find a similar script for your exchange and configure it.

Crypto has a major problem, and that's poor user experience design
Sadly I do not know any other platform with SEPA saving plans like Bitpanda. I myself have migrated my business to Binance though and I am running this bot in a virtual machine: https://github.com/lukeliasi/binance-dca-bot which is similar to a savings plan but much more technical and nerdy. I load up on BUSD / USDT once a month via SEPA > Coinbase / Bitpanda > Crypto > Binance. It's a minor hassle but works well enough for me. Maybe I should check out P2P on Binance some day soon.
