freqtrade - A FREE self-hosted and fully open-source trading bot written in Python. It does require a little bit of knowledge but once setup is fantastic. It can be controlled via a Web interface or Telegram and is better than most exchanges trading bots.

It has a UI and a telegram bot function, you can setup strategies and backtest them. you can achieve pretty much anything. Although it's easy to setup with docker, it requires an amount of knowledge in python to setup strategies and CLI knowledge. But there are some dev groups that are creating strategies together that are pretty solid like Nostalgiaforinfinity and also have a great community as well, so even if you lack the knowledge there are tons of strategies available that you can use and get help while doing it.
