Python phone call receiving?
You can probably use Twilio for this, but it's a paid service. The only alternative I'm aware of is Fonoster, but that's a JavaScript API - and I have no clue if it actually works.

Android SIP server (new to VOIP)
I was looking at maybe trying to use a softphone to receive calls from an Android phone. Is there any way to do this? I'm looking at maybe trying something like https://github.com/fonoster/fonoster (self-hosted twilio) aswell.

Jellyfin as a corporate training streaming service... few Q's
The filenames are basically UUIDs, but I'm not sure what they're based on. There might be something in the API docs on the website but I'm not sure. That said the Vue guys (https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-vue) made theirs work so it's definitely possible to do.
