The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

How to disable RHEL
I am trying to download freesurfer to 3D print some scans but my freesurfer license keeps getting denied. I read that someone had the same problem and they had to disable the RHEL (Permission denied: '/opt/freesurfer/license.txt' · Issue #2243 · nipreps/fmriprep · GitHub) but I know very little about programming and cannot understand what they did to fix it.

Possible to simulate Photoshop Layer Styles?
I did find this great GitHub - https://github.com/Milchreis/processing-imageprocessing - that has various image processing algorithms defined and now just to figure out a way to randomly apply the image algorithms/styles to an image
