That is a great write-up! One extra bit I'd recommend to this list is using https://github.com/ikamensh/flynt to convert string format into f-strings. It requires Python 3.6.

This looks great! One dumb question, I am not into licensing. Can we remove the copyright note from the footer https://github.com/stefanobartoletti/bricks/blob/master/templates/footer/footer-copyright.php or should it stay there while writing a new theme using Bricks?

So, Bricks was born. I started working on it in the beginning of 2019, and now, two years later and after having extensively tested and tweaked it, I decided to release it as an open-source project, that you can access from its GitHub repository:
