Fimage 220630
Today marks the day of another Fimage release. Workstation build has been updated on June 30th. Workstation now includes a login screen at boot and the system now includes a full Chromium browser. As usual if you need help getting started, the documentation has you covered, and you can get hold of the new release here.

I haven't tried this myself, but I believe you can download a cursor you wanna base yours off like Oreo or Google Dots and then follow their instructions how to build it from source, but just replace/edit the designs with your own.
