FileShelter seems to provide this via cli. Are there any alternatives out there which allow me to do this via a webinterface?

Maybe https://github.com/epoupon/fileshelter ?Since v5 authorized local users can also create shares from command line, without uploading files using the web interface.
- Single-click/drag-n-drop with restricted upload (so that only me could upload files) and expiration date.

I find XBackBone to work pretty well. It also integrates nicely with ShareX or Screencloud, making uploading from your desktop even easier.

Do you still miss anything from Windows?
