I have heard of arfenfox, tried using https://ffprofile.com (their github is https://github.com/allo-/firefox-profilemaker) but it never seemed to work so I manauly hardended Firefox.

It's open source (https://github.com/allo-/firefox-profilemaker). It's python based so you could run the app and serve the page locally, if that's what you want.

Maybe Firefox Profilemaker (Github) can help you understand profiles better.

Consent-o-matic handles cookie popups. Some sites do have login-walls, enforced or no. Someone ought make another extension!
