Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

standard: Use JavaScript Standard Style (https://github.com/feross/standard) c:\..\test\index.js:5:0: 'describe' is not defined. c:\..\test\index.js:6:2: 'describe' is not defined. c:\..\test\index.js:7:4: 'it' is not defined. What's the cleanest way to make Standard not complain about these functions?
