Sysexits – preferable exit codes for programs
I do something very similar, though I read I should avoid codes 1 and 2 so my error codes start at 3: https://github.com/RPGillespie6/fastcov/blob/master/fastcov....
That way automated CI pipelines (or whatever) can switch on the return code if needed rather than try to parse stderr

Code Coverage tool package and functionality
Been trying to find a complete code coverage utility package that can be used in Emacs and have only found cov as well as coverlay. They seem to both be a little incomplete and each have features that should be combined into one package. It looks like earlier on there were talks about merging the two but those talks did not go anywhere.
What are some alternatives?
gcovr - generate code coverage reports with gcc/gcov
SpeedTests - comparing the execution speeds of various programming languages
doom-emacs - An Emacs framework for the stubborn martian hacker [Moved to: https://github.com/doomemacs/doomemacs]
pmbuild - A simple, configurable and extendible build system for gamedev.
spacemacs - A community-driven Emacs distribution - The best editor is neither Emacs nor Vim, it's Emacs *and* Vim!
typos - Source code spell checker
prelude - Prelude is an enhanced Emacs 25.1+ distribution that should make your experience with Emacs both more pleasant and more powerful.
jacoco-badge-generator - Coverage badges, and pull request coverage checks, from JaCoCo reports in GitHub Actions
remacs - Rust  Emacs
yahboomg1tank - ROS2 for YAHBOOM G1 Tank
CPython - The Python programming language
