    You're welcome. To get auto-complete it's really odd, but seems to require an external editor. One way is to get the entire blender as a python module or just for completion the type definitions from https://github.com/nutti/fake-bpy-module.

    Thank you! Blender's API is very verbose. I normally prefer frameworks like processing and OpenRNDR, but Blender is very powerful when it comes to lighting, materials, etc. There is limited support for auto-complete via https://github.com/nutti/fake-bpy-module

    Alternative: Blender v3 (https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/), which is in Alpha at them movement and due for release Dec 1 has an Asset Browser built-in, so you may prefer to try that instead. There is already an additional Blender addon for it that creates the thumbnails called Asset Snapshot by Johnny Matthews: (https://github.com/johnnygizmo/asset_snapshot/).
