For classic doom you can use gzdoom and get the WADs in Steam. If you want to stick more to the original, use Woof!, but you need to compile it yourself or use something like the AUR.

Woof! is a source port from the same creator and worth checking out too: https://github.com/fabiangreffrath/woof It's crispy doom visual plus much more modern extensions to doom mod support (way less limits and much more custom behavior supported). This is a good video describing it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aq44msZ3eO8

https://join-lemmy.org/
Some Reddit apps switched to supporting Lemmy instead when they were kicked off the API.

- Recap, An-Cap and getting sick of reddit
- Join us over at Lemmy! It's FOSS, decentralized, and fairly solid!

Show HN: AI News – Dedicated news site for AI developers
The entire page is based on Lemmy (https://join-lemmy.org/).
I disabled a ton of features and interface parts, as IMO the original lemmy interface is super noisy.
Runs on bare-metal with docker-compose. For the facelift, just good old CSS :)
