Is It Normal to be bad at Introduction to Programming?
I recommend exercism.io, their exercises start off really easy so it's a good way to ease into the language and get used to solving simple problems. And it removes the classic problem of "ok but I don't know what to code".

If you're lost, take a look at this roadmap for individual fields for development stuff.

A confused soul actually.
You can also check https://roadmap.sh/, there are roadmaps for Backend Dev and Go, just don't get overwhelmed by it. As a junior you don't really to know everything that is on the Backend Roadmap to get a job, heck, when I started I had not heard of more than half of that stuff.
