Here are some similar programs I would recommend NetStalker tuxcut there’s also a windows version for Evillimiter Evillimiter-windows. Hope this helps if you have any other questions feel free to dm.

Just use netcut(https://arcai.com/ ), or evillimiter(https://github.com/bitbrute/evillimiter ). That way, you can slow down their wifi without affecting your speed at all
