To fix the Aurora crashing issue you need to run this file as a plugin in DashLaunch.

Aurora crashes when updating game assets (artwork, etc.) from Microsoft's servers because their layouts have presumably changed. You can use AuroraCrashPatcher as a plugin for DashLaunch to allow you to scrape at least the game synopsis for each game. Do note, however, that it causes crashes when playing original XBox games via backward compatibility. So you'll need to unload the plugin if you want to play OG XBox games.

Both FSD and Aurora use MS's servers to scrape data (including covers, etc.) Aurora goes a step further and uses xboxunity.net (not sure about FSD but my guess is no). Both dashes now crash when scraping MS's servers because of the change in their layout (just my guess). However, you can make use of AuroraCrashPatcher to at least prevent your dash from completely crashing. It will allow you to at least grab game synopses from MS's servers (need livestrong to be turned off); get covers from xboxunity.net -- and I would use Aurora Dash instead of FSD.

The current layout of MS's pages breaks Aurora (as well as Freestyle dash). You can still at least download the game synopsis. Install AuroraCrashPatcher to have a temporary workaround for this.
