Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Amazon EventBridge archive and ordered replay of events
I love when people solve problems for me. This case is no different. I've recently discovered evb-cli that enables you to perform ordered paced replays based on EventBridge archives. If you wish to enforce order while replying events in your environment, I cannot recommend the evb-cli enough.

evb-cli - an open source project from Lars that is a pattern generator for CloudWatch Events / EventBridge. You might recall a project a few weeks ago called evb-local. This new open source project from Lars which supersedes and incorporates the functionality from that project.
