Select your relays from our list on https://github.com/remyroy/ethstaker/blob/main/MEV-relay-list.md. You should use be using one or many of the values from the Relay URL column. Append or concatenate all those values by adding a comma (,) in between. The result should look something like https://relay1,https://relay2. We will need that value for the next step.

If your main concern is preventing bad actors, you can set your MEV relay to only be ones deemed ethical (here’s a list)

And what are the alternative/best relays? I found this list but when I try to use the first relay in there I get that sendBundle is not supported.

It's still very early, but a list of relay providers to use with MEV boost can be included. It would be fun to compare in a year on how many other relays there would be, either many more or zero because of implementation of PBS.

After some digging, I found that indeed this was already fixed. Let me share EIP-3607 that does just that. Here is the corresponding change to the yellow paper and here is its implementation in Geth.

You are correct that the original yellow paper would be outdated. But there is a version on GitHub that is being kept up to date: https://github.com/ethereum/yellowpaper

I would like to begin work on an alternate Avalanche client, but can't find any yellow paper to base my work on. Ideally Avalanche would have something like https://github.com/ethereum/yellowpaper so anyone could implement an Avalanche client without needing to grok the single Go implementation.
