For HDR: HDRToggle, a tool I made via AutoHotkey to simply simulate pressing the keyboard shortcut to toggle HDR (yes there is a keyboard shortcut for that!). AHK has a feature to allow for compiling the script to an exe file so that AHK isn't necessary, so the repo contains both a compiled release along with the original script.
