    Elliptic Curve Integrated Encryption Scheme for secp256k1 might work for you. It is based on a key exchange you need the private key of one and the public key of another. This would work with Ethereum address keys (and Bitcoin). This makes a 256bit key which can be used for AES encryption for example.     The ecpy library is here https://github.com/cslashm/ECPy. This library implements the elliptic curve math in python, so it won’t be as fast as a wrapper around the bitcoin C implementation, which is used by the coincurve library.
