AirNav 1090 Dongle RTL Based?
https://github.com/szechyjs/dsd this will decode Dstar, I haven't used it for many years but it did work on my computer.
- Automatic Digital mode detection and decoding

Is this encryption or frequency hopping or just not FM modulation? Not law enforcement, just a school they use Motorola handhelds.

Command line Linux DRM decoders
I have searched DSD only, but it can't stream audio to Icecast server.

Having trouble following tutorial
https://github.com/szechyjs/dsd/wiki/Installation Just install it from the repository. sudo apt-get install dsd

Adding CFLAGS to a makefile
For DSD, this one is the most likely project I found. I don't have time to track down the prereqs right now, but if that's the project you're looking at, the Makefile would be generated by CMake, and I'd hope that an up-to-date version of CMake would output a Makefile with appropriate CFLAGS for the version of compiler.

Using Raspberry Pi 4 and SDR Dongle for “Digital Radio”
One of the earliest tools was Digital Speech Decoder, however it might be a bit CPU-intensive for raspberry pi.

Digital Signal Decode Problem
Depends what version of DSD. The port I use tells you what type of data is being received (not all DMR transmissions carry voice data).
-
Listen to DMR for free
Linux, librtlsdr and this port of DSD. FWIW, this port of DSD is newer and also has a Windows binary.
-
How can we convert a DMR signal into clear voice by RTL_SDR?
In Linux, I use this particular port of DSD - this can be piped into from GQRX, rtl_fm+sox, SDR# or any other SDR software that can output the audio of said signal as raw, 44KHz PCM unsigned audio (mono).

Having trouble following tutorial
I'd personally use this fork of DSD, has better TG/CC/DMR ID output... https://github.com/LouisErigHerve/dsd
-
Does anyone in this group use the Digital Voice Decoder, DSD?
I use this particular fork; https://github.com/LouisErigHerve/dsd as it has better output and supports dPMR decoder.
-
Best DMR decoding software.
I personally prefer This DSD client
- 7 strong signals that DSD can't decode. Any ideas?

A list of things I could do with SDR
DMR, dPMR, Fusion and more with dsd

DMR / Moto trbo basic privacy decoding.
Oh I'm not on about SDR# tools, on about DSD from GitHub; https://github.com/LouisErigHerve/dsd (also supports digital encryption on PMR446). I don't use windows.
