About dropbox, this issue https://github.com/dropbox/dropbox-sdk-js/issues/415. it's just bunch of generic internal errors over and over that 90% of clients unable to upload anymore!

Amigo, I had exaclty the same issue. Apparently the PC I was trying to connect from had bad system time. Once I synchronized with server it started working. If time is not correct you get the: TRANSACTION_EXPIRED error. Really weird but this is how it works. https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-js/issues/212
