There is a guy who was working on something who I'd talked to recently but this is ARM not x86 you would have to specifically look at/understand this stuff and write your own x86 support nothing exists that I know of today which already does it: https://github.com/JohnnyonFlame/droidports

The Anbernic R280V has a JZ4770 as its CPU, which is a MIPS32 Processor. So your only official options are to run Android on it and play the android apk there. Unofficial option would be to help DroidPorts in order to support MIPS, which'd enable you to run the APK under Linux (and by extension probably opendignux).

You don't need to use CrOS Flex, you can use Brunch, it's another to run ChromeOS but also allows you to use Android Apps on it (Which is the key feature of ChromeOS imo).
