Swapped 1Tb NvMe 2280 Rocket Sabrent with 2TB Samsung 990 Pro & now takes twice as long for Bios to come up. Takes 12 secs vs 5 sec with old M.2
Shot in the dark, but it could be broken TRIM on the drive? Samsung drives are notoriously buggy with MacOS (with a few exceptions). See here and read on.

[HELP] After change SMbios to mac pro7,1 frequency limit at 4.4Ghz
Do you mind trying to deactivate AppleCpuFmCfgLock and AppleXcpmCfgLock in your config.plist (Kernel) but also add those 2 kext : https://github.com/dortania/bugtracker/issues/190 (CpuFriendDataProvider.kext) along with its dependency CpuFriend.kext? https://github.com/acidanthera/CPUFriend
- After upgrading from macOS Monterey to macOS Ventura 13.2.1 Spotlight takes 15 seconds to show results. How to solve this?

Best supported NVME drive?
Phison controllers used to be great but many have broken TRIM in Monterey and higher.

PSA: Your NVMe drive model and controller might make a big difference
Recently I needed to upgrade my drive, and after reading this: https://github.com/dortania/bugtracker/issues/192 I decided on a WD Black SN770. I wanted to make sure it was a drive that behaved well with MacOS. This Github thread also calls out the Phison E12 as being troublesome.

Please help me figure out why my Mac is so slow to boot?
You might be hitting an issue with the “trim” firmware implementation on your nvme drive. Unfortunately the Samsung 970 pro has a buggy/badly implemented trim algorithm that macos seems to hit on boot. The hackint*sh community has reported on it for a while now: see https://github.com/dortania/bugtracker/issues/192 Unfortunately I haven’t heard of any fixes, accept the longer boot times (the more time the system has been running for last since the last boot, the longer the next boot will be as there will be more block to for the trim algorithm to sift though.) Or replace it with a different / more supported model. The attached link should help with know models. Good luck.

Startup could get any faster?
I think this is the page you need: https://github.com/dortania/bugtracker/issues/192

[Acer Aspire 3 A315-57] console relocated to 0x80000000
UPDATE: I reread the Hardware Limitations, and it seems my nvme drive is causing the issue, i'm gonna try with the NVMEFix to check if it works

Quick question about config.plist (OSI Rename)
That might be your issue, samsung ssd's and apple. Don't get along. Add nvme to fix to your efi https://github.com/acidanthera/NVMeFix/releases/tag/1.1.0

Shutdown Issue and Wake Issue
You didn’t list anything you've already tried, so - Have you tried Fixing Sleep? Even though your 660p is supported, i'd try NVMeFix after going through the list in troubleshooting section.
