What is good docker image for hosting android emulator on ARM device with persistant state?
There are a few options that are close for x86 like https://github.com/sickcodes/dock-droid or https://github.com/cybersecsi/dockerized-android and they do not build on ARM.

Running android apps.
I've been looking at dock-droid which will run an android instance in a Docker shell. I haven't quite figured out what I need to tweak in the instructions to get it to work.
- Docker Android – Run QEMU Android in a Docker, X11 Forwarding, CI/CD for Android
- Android Emulation on Linux
- [RELEASE] Dock Droid - Run Android x86 Docker Containers: libndk for running ARM apps, Play Store, Webcam Passthrough, OpenGL

Can i use Cloudflare tunnel to connect to my mikrotik?
I use a Cloudflare tunnel to manage my UniFi controller (official release from Ubiquiti, hosted on RPi4), my UISP instance (https://github.com/Nico640/docker-unms), and a couple other things in my home network. The Cloudflare docker container is on the same Docker host as my UISP container, but it doesn’t have to be on the same docker host obviously. It just needs to be in the same private network (behind your NAT firewall). I used to have both my UISP and UniFi management interfaces on the public web behind some ACLs to limit access, but when I discovered Cloudflare tunnels, it was like a relief knowing I could remove the potential “danger” of having those management interfaces on the public-facing internet.

UISP NMS losing connection to EdgeRouterX
If you are using their script to install UISP, it could be very well be vm is not enough to run this unnecessarily heavy app, it comes with 4-5 docker container, it is really great for heavily managed devices but seriously too much for ERX. I have got a cloud vps, vpn to it and run it there via docker compose https://github.com/Nico640/docker-unms you can try this first in your vm to see
