Project mention: Clang now makes binaries an original Pi B+ can't run | news.ycombinator.com | 2023-12-02https://github.com/lukechilds/dockerpi : RPi 1, (2,3,) in QEMU emulating ARM64 on x86_64
E.g. the Fedora Silverblue rpm-ostree distro has toolbox by default because most everything should be in a container:
I use a Cloudflare tunnel to manage my UniFi controller (official release from Ubiquiti, hosted on RPi4), my UISP instance (https://github.com/Nico640/docker-unms), and a couple other things in my home network. The Cloudflare docker container is on the same Docker host as my UISP container, but it doesn’t have to be on the same docker host obviously. It just needs to be in the same private network (behind your NAT firewall). I used to have both my UISP and UniFi management interfaces on the public web behind some ACLs to limit access, but when I discovered Cloudflare tunnels, it was like a relief knowing I could remove the potential “danger” of having those management interfaces on the public-facing internet.
