Saving throws, ability checks and prototype token not opening/working after updating DND 5e
To downgrade, I went to install a new system and pasted the old version link: https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/releases/download/release-2.1.5/system.json

Rollback 5e System?
Version 2.2 got updated with a patch 3 hours ago: https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/releases/tag/release-2.2.1
-
Thank You - end of support for DEATH SAVE DEVELOPMENT modules
Checking out the git repos for the two systems. 5e has 23 contributors while PF2e has 186. Considering how big the player base for 5e is vs PF2e it's interesting that the PF2e repo has so much comparative love.

[dnd5e]I cant open the token/prototype token after i updated to dnd 5e 2.2.0
New dnd5e system 2.2.1 has been released. Take backups and THEN maybe it's worthwhile testing again: https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/releases/tag/release-2.2.1

Can't open token settings (DnD5e)
I'm having the same issue. It seems it's been fixed in the 2.2.1 update but that hasn't been pushed out yet. [https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/issues/2295]
- Tokens broken-5e no modules
- Prototype token problem
-
Cant edit Tokens in Foundry. How can i fix that?
Restore your world data from the backup you made before the update (if you didn't, do this next time). Then manually install dnd5e 2.1.5 via this manifest: https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/releases/download/release-2.1.5/system.json

[5e] What are your favourite modules?
You are welcome. I also recommend checking out NateHawk85's list here. I'm not sure how updated it is, but it has a lot more detail for each module.

Your Must Have Modules?
For what it's worth, I have a recently-updated version of my group's modules that we use here: https://github.com/NateHawk85/Nathans-DnD5e-Foundry-Modules

What are some recommended modules?
Hey that's me, Bryan! I haven't been able to keep my list up to date as I've been a player and I'm no longer actively DM'ing. I have fallen in love with this repo and window shop modules for some future build I'll do. Give it a look https://github.com/NateHawk85/Nathans-DnD5e-Foundry-Modules
- Is there an up to date "Must Have" module list?
-
5e automation?
Yes, it can do all those things. Midi-qol is the main module. https://github.com/NateHawk85/Nathans-DnD5e-Foundry-Modules

Where to go to get actual macro help?
For some additional macro references, I have a GitHub here (https://github.com/NateHawk85/Nathans-DnD5e-Foundry-Modules) with a "Macros" folder that contains various examples of some things that may be useful for you. https://github.com/foundry-vtt-community/macros is another great reference, as well as just looking at any modules that have macros included. Additionally, the Mozilla JavaScript docs (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript) will be a great place to look for JavaScript-specific code snippets and questions.
What are some alternatives?
FoundryVTT-Actor-Attribute-Lists - A macro that displays the data fields usable in roll commands (e.g. @abilities.str.mod) for the selected actor in FoundryVTT.
foundryvtt-drag-ruler - A Foundry VTT module that shows a ruler when dragging tokens so you can see how far you've dragged them
foundry-vtt-macros
Bryans-Preferred-Modules-for-FoundryVTT - My personally cultivated list of FoundryVTT Modules for Dungeons and Dragons 5e and Pathfinder 2e that play nicely together without creating an overwhelming amount of UI options or causing noticeable FPS drops.
