As for me, I use dl-plus with original youtube-dl and two plugins for russian streaming services: WASD.TV and GoodGame. Both plugins are created by me, the first one is based on the previously mentioned pull request. BTW, there is a pull request for GoodGame support (unrelated to my extractor) that is not merged for 3+ years.
