Which of the search engines out of these would be good to use with django haystack

I'm using django+http://haystacksearch.org/

I'm building a multi-language Django site, and I'm using django-transmeta for my model data translations. Now I'm wondering if there is a Django search app that works with multi-language models. I've played with Haystack and it works fine for single-language sites, but I can't get it to work with transmeta's metaclasses...

It's part of django-haystack. My little side project makes heavy use of elasticsearch and i thought i'll give haystack a try.

Agreed on the custom integration front, we're allowing and even making it super easy to add integrations to haystack, guides and docs released on March along with the main project here: https://github.com/haystackoss/haystack
