Question: how good is Rust for web development?
FYI the rsx syntax in dioxus is optional. If you like a more HTML-like syntax, you can use https://github.com/DioxusLabs/dioxus-html-macro.

[Media] Just merged instant hot-reload support for RSX into Dioxus! Elements and attributes update immediately without recompiling.
It's a custom syntax for html described here. There is also the option of using a more traditional html syntax through this library . I think sycamore uses something similar
