Whats this menu bar/progress called? and is there a crate which can give similar result?
You'd want to build it yourself using a mixture of something like inquire or dialoguer and a spinner library like the one I linked or indicatif.

[Released] promkit v0.1.1: A toolkit for building interactive command-line tools in Rust
Thanks for sharing! How's its different from dialoguer? From readme it seems like the API is more complex in promkit, and you're using custom types for e.g. select prompt where dialoguer accepts anything that implements the Display trait.

Advice: Which tui crate should I choose?
I am currently using dialoguer as well. Only feature I could ask for (that is in its scope) is searching during selections.

Interact - a collection of super interactive command-line components
Frenco here. I just released this library I've been working on this week. Interact is a library similar to inquirer.js if you're coming from NodeJS background and dialouger if you're coming from Rust. It exposes many interactive and customizable components to be used in command-line user interfaces. It is something I wish I could find as a Dart library, and because I couldn't I have built this myself.

Port Sniffer made in Rust
This appears to clear the screen. Users don't really like this :( Instead I'd use a library to update the progress, maybe https://github.com/console-rs/indicatif ?

[Media] Nebulabrot rendered with Rust — Explanations in the comments
This uses rand and xcomplex to handle the mathematics, png to write image files, and dialoguer and indicatif for some pretty prompts and progress bars.

What's everyone working on this week (34/2022)?
It's pretty much WIP at this point. Currently trying to use indicatif to add nice and fancy progress bars. I'm having some struggles with it but slowly getting there and the overall process is pretty fun 😌
